These General Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of tourism services and the purchase of tickets through the website of TOURS AND TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SL., with Tax ID (N.I.F.) B75401927 and registered office at URB VELILLA PARK, S/N 18690 ALMUÑÉCAR – (GRANADA), duly registered in the Commercial Registry of Granada, volume 203, sheet 41, section 9.
Making a purchase implies full, express and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
INTERMEDIATION AND NATURE OF THE SERVICE
TOURS AND TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SL acts as a travel agency and intermediary in the marketing of tourism services and tickets for monuments, museums and cultural attractions. TOURS AND TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SL is not the official ticket office and does not represent the bodies that manage the monuments. The names, brands and designations of the monuments are used exclusively for descriptive purposes.
The tickets offered are official and valid, acquired through authorised suppliers and channels, including intermediation, management and customer service.
CAPACITY TO CONTRACT
Only persons of legal age with sufficient legal capacity may contract services. Minors may browse the website but may not make purchases or provide data for contracting.
CONTRACTING PROCESS
Before finalising the purchase, the user will have access to the essential information of the service, including price, date, time, cancellation policy and access requirements.
To complete the booking, the user must provide the required data and expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions.
Once payment is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email. That email constitutes sufficient proof of the conclusion of the contract.
TOURS AND TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SL may reject a booking when objective causes apply, such as lack of availability or payment incidents.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment will be made using the methods enabled in the website’s payment gateway.
DATA PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER
The customer is solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and correctness of the data provided during the booking process, including name, surname, identity document, date of birth or nationality.
For services with named tickets, the data may not be modified once the tickets have been issued.
TOURS AND TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SL shall not be liable for the impossibility of accessing the monument or for any incident arising from incorrect data or invalid documentation provided by the customer.
CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
The conditions for cancellation, modification and refund are directly determined by the policies of the monument, museum or supplier, beyond the control of TOURS AND TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SL.
In accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to leisure services that provide for a specific date or period of performance.
No-show, arrival outside the scheduled time or lack of the required documentation shall not give rise to a refund.
FORCE MAJEURE
TOURS AND TICKETS WORLDWIDE, SL shall not be liable for the breach of its obligations when this is due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as pandemics, administrative restrictions, strikes or closures of monuments.

The customer may also use the European Union Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
Making any purchase through the website implies that the customer declares having read, understood and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy of the contracted service.
Acceptance of these conditions is an essential requirement to complete the purchase process.
